The college endeavours to maintain a well equipped library. Library books are to be taken care of abd used properly.. While taking a new book out any defector damage of it must be brought to this notice of the Librarian immediately. Any damage or loss of book will be made goods. Books lost will have to be replaced by student or he/she will have to pay three times the cost of it

• Students are not allowed to take bags or their own books to the Library. In case they bring such things, they have to leave it at the counter/librarian before they move into the library.
• Perfect silence and orderliness must always be maintained within the library.
• The library will remain open from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Reference books, journals, magazines, and weeklies will not be lent out to the student.
• The books should be returned on the special date and also when called for.
• Readers should record their visit in the gate register.
• Books will be issued only on the basis of a ticket/card system.
• Books will be loaned only for a fortnight.
• All books on loan must be returned on or before the expiry of the period.
• Loan can be terminated at any time by the Librarian.
• A reader who loses a ticket shall make a written report to the Librarian.
• The reader must satisfy himself before leaving the counter as to whether the book issued to him is in good condition. He will be liable for replacement if any damage is found later.
• A fine of Rs. 1/day will be levied for delay in returning books.
